Customer Service Policy
The Primary Goal of Indytown Party Sounds is To Ensure The Success Of Your Event.

We will assess the needs for your event and work with you in making your event's entertainment a success.
We will not book your event if we feel we can't meet your needs. We would rather turn you down than disappoint you and your guests.
When you book with us, you receive a written Service Agreement, a Summary of all the details, Event and Music Planning tools to aid us in customizing our performance to your needs.
We will play your requests when at all possible and appropriate.
You set the limits on any music that you feel should be out of bounds. Otherwise we use our experience and judgment in music selections, based on your input as a guide for your event.
At your event, we will be unloaded, set up and ready to go before your guests arrive.
Unless specified otherwise, we will be attired to be compatible with your event.
The week of your event, we make contact with you to check for any last minute details that need to be addressed.
You are always welcome to contact us any time, should you have any questions or concerns.

MUSIC
MUSIC is customized to your needs based on your input and our experience. Our general rule of thumb is that if a song is played on the radio, the "radio version" of that song is fair game unless the Client says otherwise. We always try to use our best judgment on music suitability for any given crowd during any given event. In any case, the Client has the final say on what not to play.
REQUESTS are always welcome. We try to play as many requests as possible, provided they are suitable for the event.
CLIENT PROVIDED MEDIA: Due to copyright, technical and legal considerations, we cannot playback music from media other than are own without advance notice and/or screening.
